There are four of us, each with his own character and passions.
- Renzo: tireless farmer, always with a smile on his lips and the sun on his skin. On your arrival he will delight you with apple farming stories and recommend the best hikes in the mountains
- Giuliana: she is the hostess of the guest house and, let’s be honest, also of the kitchen. She is the one who welcomes guests with a smile and a table setting. If you smell freshly baked strudel, you already know who to thank for it!
- Lisa: mountain enthusiast and animal lover
- Laura: loving and sunny teacher
Our values

Our values
We started the guesthouse because we desired to share our everyday life with anyone who was willing to experience it.
We’re not a hotel and we do not wish to be one. Here there are no formalities, no strict timetables: just the rhythm of nature and the smell of apples.
Our mission? To make every guest feel like a “farmer”, if even for just a few days. Whether it’s picking apples or sitting on the porch with a glass of homemade apple juice, we want everyone who arrives to feel part of our family.

Our farm

Our agricultural activity
Renzo gets up early every morning to take care of his crops. The apples need constant attention throughout the year, following the slow rhythm of the seasons.
The main work phases are:
- winter/spring: time for pruning, old branches are cut off to make room for younger, stronger ones.
- Spring/summer: manual thinning helps the fruit to develop at its best, new fruit trees are also planted if necessary.
- Autumn: the most awaited time of the year… the apple harvest! A whole year’s work depends on how this time goes.
